Big Rigs

This morning Claire and I went to a "Big Machine Petting Zoo" that was set up in our library parking lot. Something like this is of no interest to me, but I knew she would love it. They had all sorts of construction trucks, plows, tractors, fire trucks, etc. for the kids to check out. It was pretty neat. I think Claire was surprised at how large everything was when we got up close. (As we were getting ready this morning she insisted that she needed to wear a pretty dress to go see the dump trucks. The best of both worlds, I guess!) I love that our community has so many fun events like this for kids. Our calendar is packed this summer with fun things!
